First trim nausea: Every person is diff and every pregnancy will be diff. What you describe is not uncommon. Eat small amt of food freq. If nausea severe keep crackers/ pretzels @ bedside ; have a few b4 getting out of bed to help absorb acids that build over night, this can help start the day better. Make sure your foods/ calories last with snacks like cheese cubes/ nuts yogurt. Hang in there! it'll b better!
