Ginger: In my opinion, ginger & a few saltine crackers helps most with nausea during pregnancy. Ginger-ale served by your husband, frizzling and chilled on crushed ice almost always help. Sometimes need to try different brands to see which works best for you. Dr. Brown's is a favorite. Other good options are crystallized ginger & saffron rock candy.

Ginger: Ginger and mint can help with nausea. But, dont be afraid of prescriptions that your OB can prescribe. They are safe.
