Pregnant any time: Besides abstinence, no other birth control method is 100%. The chance is small, but you can get pregnant while on the pills, iud, Depo-Provera injections etc. In general, the longer you have been on the injection, the longer time it takes to normalize your system and increase chances of pregnancy. So, if are now trying to get pregnant, have fun and good luck. It may happen tonight! :-)).

Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone): There is no definite answer. The standard thought is that the medication stays in the system for 12 weeks and pregnancy can occur around 14 weeks. At the high end it can be 20-30 weeks(5 to 6 months).
