Not likely: That is not likely for a couple reasons. First, that symptom does not necessarily mean thyroid disease (hypo or hyper). Other conditions can cause eyebrow loss. Second, it is more likely you have other symptoms if you have something wrong with your thyroid. Regardless, it is easy to check for initially - a simple blood test.

Hypothyroidism: If your eyebrow issue is related to hypothyroidism, see an endocrinologist to correct the condition. However, it could be a hereditary condition if you are euthyroid!
