A few possibilities: Could be tension headache (HA),but they rarely last that long.Sinus HA-if severe-can cause all your symptoms.Onset & type of pain are impt: if it started in neck/upper back-could be musculoskeletal dysf.Could be viral or Zoster.Could be inflammation of cranial nerves.Time to see dr.Osteopathic manipulation may help if rib, vertebral, or cranial problem, sinusitis.Neuroprolotherapy could help.
