Likely GB: Biliary dyskinesia is the term for the non functioning gb. On many occasions it turns out to be tiny gallstones in the wall of the gallbladder causing chronic inflation- chronic chole cystitis. When it flairs up, it irritates the diaphragm muscle on the right. The nerves of that muscle go right past the nerves of the shoulder on way to brain and set them off too. Thus right shoulder pain.

Right Shoulder Pain: With your history, it is easy to say this is referred pain from the gall bladder, but it could very well be something else - your shoulder or neck. I would recommend seeing your primary care physician and having a physical examination to determine the difference.
