Need More Data: Nulev, lomotil, levsin, (hyoscyamine) are a few. There are many ways to treat ibs depending on your symptoms and their severity. Starting with fiber may help and avoid any stressful situations that you know will set it off.

See answer: Over-the-counter Imodium (loperamide) and prescription Lomotil (diphenoxylat and atropine) (diphenoxylate) are the most common anti-diarrheal medications used for irritable bowel syndrome and likely the least expensive. Questran (cholestyramine) and Lotronex (alosetron), especially the latter drug would likely be more expensive. Would recommend discussing with your doctor and pharmacist regarding what would be best for you.
