Asthma flare: No that is not acceptable. Repositioning and coughing is likely helping to clear some of the mucus, mucus plugs, or improve air/blood exchange due to mismatch. Does this correct to 94 percent or above or does it merely improve it to 90-93 percent? I recommend seeing your pediatrician or asthma specialist.
