Depends: Cysts on ovaries? May scar them which are needed for eggs. Cysts of uterus are uncommon- check with him what the anatomy is/ was? Fallopian tubes - at least one must be intact non cystic and not scarred to allow eggs to travel from ovary to uterus to implant with healthy sperm to make a pregnancy.
