No this isn't normal: See that you suffer from borderline personality disorder ; anxiety. Also see that you are in behavioral therapy. Dialectical behavioral therapy is reported to be especially effective in this type of situation. Encourage you to look in to that.

Thinking of Dying: I am very happy for your ability to reach out here and ask for help. I can promise you that this is how you will get help, by asking for it. You do not have to feel this way. And, you don't have to fix it all today. But, you do have to ask for help there. You could call the local crisis line number there in maine or you could call 911 and ask for help. You could page your family physician.
