Not likely: Failure to thrive and issues of autoimmune disease can be found together. Anesthesia is not a likely contributor. Assume under care of pediatric specialists to evaluate all areas of potential problems. Can also be associated with hidden congenital genetic problems.

Not from anesthesia.: Virtually all forms of anesthesia are short acting medications. The most profound long term affects might be with brain development (mildly), but not affecting growth like that.

Unlikely: Although exposure to general anesthesia at young age is a matter of concern and ongoing research, i personally do not think it was tied to delayed growth per se so far.

Nope: Not likely that anesthesia is the cause. What was his newborn screen? This weight is less than 5th percentile. What are height and head percentiles? Associated Diarrhea? Breast or bottle? Breast milk supply? Breast surgery? Bloodwork? Development? Parent heights? What does pediatrician think? Get pediatrician asap if don't have one.
