No known interaction: There is no known interactions between Adderall and tylenol (acetaminophen) pm. The only concern, as with all medications is proper use. Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm should only be used for the indicated use of pain relief at night.

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): Ideally your friend should take Adderall earlier in the day so she wouldn't have to take tylenol (acetaminophen) pm.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM: Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm contains Benadryl it's used for sleep and is taken 30 min prior to going to sleep it should not be taken with alcohol. I would wait 8 hrs after taking adderal er since the drug should be out of your system.

For sleep?: The issue is actually with the tylenol (acetaminophen) pm since it does contribute to daytime hangover in most people. So try to avoid taking this too late at night. Adderall is a stimulant and the 'pm' part of tylenol (acetaminophen) pm is really just a sedating anithistamine not a typical 'sedative.' would not worry about the interaction itself. Could take the night medication as early as needed but plan to be sleepy.

It's safe: She can take it whenever she would want to. The Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) that she took should be mostly out of her system.
