A member asked:

My zygomaticum bone on my left side is little bit big than the other.. why ? what is the risk of this ? how can i fix it ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Un symmetric : The zygomatic arch is an arch of bone that supports the high line of the cheek right under eye cavity, is this new ( due to trauma ) or you always had them like that?, a simple intra oral surgery might correct this, consult an oral surgeon for this.
