Un symmetric : The zygomatic arch is an arch of bone that supports the high line of the cheek right under eye cavity, is this new ( due to trauma ) or you always had them like that?, a simple intra oral surgery might correct this, consult an oral surgeon for this.

My big toe is stiff and hurts when I move it or walk it. All the pain is on the side of my big toe, by the bone and I noticed it is standing out a bit and there is a little fluid there as well. Also, my big toe looks like its pointing inwards.
