Check with surgeon: You need to make sure there is no infection and a complete neurological exam of your chest wall and arm is needed. The issue of persistent pain after node dissection is tough to treat but meds like Lyrica (pregabalin) and Lidoderm have been reported to help, but you need to see the surgeon first then see either a pain management doc or a neurologist.
