Thing that dry mouth: Any medicine that dries the mouth will cause chapped lips. Also dry weather and over licking your lips will remove all moisture. Any kind of lip balm or vaseline that coats the lips will treat no matter what medicine you were on. Also some acne medicines can increase the risk of chapped lips.
