Maybe,maybe not : Babies airways are rubbery (not firm like adults) and tend to vibrate with rapid air movement. This can lead to squeaks, grunts, honks etc. Baby is unconcerned that you might be bothered by a sound, they have no social memory of "approved" noises and can be quite noisy in wake or sleep state.If babies feeds are off or you feel s/he is distressed have it evaluated immediately, if not discuss at a vst.
