Yes and no: On full replacement - which you must do before you are ready for pregnancy - you can become pregnant. Women with hashimoto's who are hypothyroid may have an increased risk of miscarriage or preterm delivery. Rarely, this autoimmune thyroid disease may be associated with premature ovarian failure.
