Electromechanical: Bit tough to know what you're asking, but simply the heart is a mechanical organ with two pumps in series, one pumping blood to the lungs for oxygenation, the other pumping oxygenated blood to the rest of the body. The trigger for the pumping is a complex electrical system at multiple levels with pacemakers and conduction "wires" causing rhythmic contractions. Diseases can affect both components.
