Can you please suggest treatment for fingernail removal?

Surgical: Nail plate removal is done under digital block with local anesthesia. If only the nail is removed the nail will grow back in a few months time. If complete destruction of the nail is desired, than ablation of the germinal matrix, the nail producing tissue, is also performed.
