Don't panic : While this is certainly surprising ; scary it is fixable. Try taking a warm bath and when you are relaxed, gently try to reduce it. If it won't reduce or it swells and becomes painful, seek immediate medical attention. If it does reduce, you should see a urogynecologist or cool-rectal surgeon.
