Mostly Shape: Tubular breasts have a different appearance, typically are not large in outside diameter shape and give appearance of oversized nipple-areolar compared to the outside diameter breast tissue. Narrow base leading to a more 'pointed' appearance is often seen. See your primary care doctor or breast surgeon for evaluation and diagnosis.
