Conservative: Treatment would consist of wearing an arch support to support the medial column of the foot to take tension off the area. Ice, warm water soaks or topical antiinflammatories can reduce inflammation of soft tissue. Surgery is next option if conservative treatment fails.

Accessory bone: Sometimes these are anecdotal findings . It sounds like this bothers you , so orthotics, NSAID , injection therapy , can all help . When conservative care fails then surgery may be needed.
