Seroma: Seromas come as a result of a fluid collection under the skin for instance. As the fluid collects it begins to feel tight and can lead to pain. Overlying skin may get shiny and red. These are not terribly uncommon after some types of surgery. Some go away on their own. Some will require further treatment. Definitely alert your doctor so the area can be evaluated.
