Aneurysms: Aneurysmal varix: any dilated, tortuous vessel. Varicose aneurysm: a sac formed by localized dilatation of the wall of an artery, a vein both are more or less the same. Varocose aneurysms mostly occur in dependent parts.

Words: Aneurysmal varix is a vein that has dilated locally to more than twice its normal size and a varicose vein aneurysm is the same in an already serpiginously dilated thin walled vein.
