EFFECT / SIDE EFFECT: Effects: used for the treatment of depression; bed wetting; pain, etc. Adverse effects: heart rhythm irregularity (arrhythmia); postural hypotension; drowsiness; sleepiness/sedation; confusion; headache; dry mouth; constipation; urinary retention; increased liver enzymes; seizure.
