A member asked:

What does vision dimming after standing up fast indicate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Orthostatic: Orthostatic hypotension is a drop in blood pressure that occurs when a person stands up. Low blood pressure when you stand up is not sufficient to supply enough blood to the retina and nerve so the vision dims. It can be from decreased blood volume from diuretics, vasodilators, excessive bed rest, dehydration, low blood pressure and neurological disease. Got to your doctor.
