"American dream": Some russian jews were prevented from being circun=mcised under the old soviet union. Others may think it is more american to be circumcised than not. Us urologists and physicians are also much more inclined to circumcise for mild phimosis (foreskin narrowing), mild premature ejaculation or balanitis than their european colleagues.
