After missed period: Tiredness is one of early symptoms of pregnancy. Blood pregnancy test to be done one day after missed period . Tiredness of pregnancy occurs few days after the missed period . Tiredness can be related to numerous other factors such as sleep issues, stress, thyroid conditions medication such as Progesterone etc. If persists see your doctor.
