It marks the end of fertility i suggest you both go to a reproductive endocrinologist for evaluation and treatment.

No period/No ovulati: She is post menopausal and because of that she does not ovulate. She may be able to get pregnant by in vitro fertilization of the egg outside the body.Natural pregnancy is not possible consult a fertility specialist what can be done.
