Many: Adhd has been heavily studied for many years. A variety of medications, stimulants and non-stimulants, are established as safe and effective, and they work in 65-90% of patients with good benefit and few side effects. Often, other interventions may be needed too in terms of structural and behavioral supports, but medications are highly benefitcial.
