Wouldn't worry: As the blood pressure lowering effect of garlic is not immediate. However, what would possess you to eat 4 cloves of garlic?

No reason to worry: As Dr. Burns and Fishburn said, you have no reason to worry. Millions eat garlic every day, some in large amounts. It can lower BP but never causes it to plummet (and the dose used is about 4 cloves). Studies show aged garlic extracts lower BP more than raw- see https://tinyurl.com/ycz4fcob Garlic has many proven health benefits so no problem eating it regularly. See https://tinyurl.com/yb6h9jky
