Several: Exercise within limits, trying to both cardio and strengthening exercises. Within you limits! if you have pain, scale back! lose weight. Fat adds stress to your back, hips, knees, ankles, & feet. Take or increase your intake of 3-omega fas, either naturally (fish), or supplements. Make sure your vitamin d3 intake is as least 2000iu/day. And finally, try to make your diet high in antioxidants.
