Wrong patterning: Most require 8 hours of sleep (a few 9).. If you have a habit of late night activity or working and don't start to sleep until 1-3 am then you will wake up later. To change this, start going to sleep earlier, avoid stimulants prior to going to bed and get up at an earlier hour assisted by your alarm clock.
