Can i take prednisone, Zantac and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for allergies?

Yes, but: It is bit much, especially the prednisone. And the Benadryl (diphenhydramine) makes most people sleepy. I would recommend a non-sedating antihistamine, such as loratadine, cetirizine, or fexofenadine.

Prednisone should be reserved for the most serious cases and not for maintenance treatment due to potentially serious side effects.
