Processed red meat: Evidences have indicated increase risk for colorectal cancer that is associated with consumption of processed red meat.A recent metaanalysis published - showed a potential link between eating red and processed meats and the development of pacreatic cancer as well. However, an epidemiologic study like this cannot exclude other cancer risk factors i.E obesity etc. More fruits/vegetable is recommended.
