Soybeans with estrogenic effects and link to cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not true: Soy beans are pretty healthy foods. So doctors encourage everyone to consume them liberally. Estrogens in large quantities taken daily have some risk to cause cancer. Soybeans have phytoestrogens in tiny amounts, but not enough to worry about causing cancer. So quit worrying about this issue which does come up on ; off...Just ignore it as it has been looked into carefully without finding any proof.
