Tongue cleaner: The tongue cleaner cleaned your tongue and the tea stained it. That's my guess. See your own dentist if you need more information or an evaluation.

Normal..: Tea can give a yellowish color to your mouth tissues including the tongue. Coffee can do the same. Continue to clean your tongue as necessary.
