What could gurgling and heavy feeling ovaries mean?

Cyst: I'm not sure what a gurgling sensation coming from the ovaries would be as i've never heard of patient described that sensation. However having this is definitely a feeling that women have in the pelvic region. Sometimes this can be normal anatomy and sometimes there can be an ovarian cyst. A pelvic exam or an ultrasound can help your doctor discriminate if this is happening for you.
