YES,: If you are under an asthmatic attack and do not know how to handle this situation, you better go to an emergency room and get oxygen and the appropriate drug(s) to restore yourself to normal.

Yes you can: You can use your resque inhater or do nebulizer treatment and if that does nit help you may go to er.If you feel better with resque inhaler or nebulizer treatment you see your doctor by appointment asap for controller meds like inhalers dulera, symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) and reliever meds like albuterol by inhalation.
