Miralax (polyethylene glycol) and fluids: Try fluids and MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) and if no results see you doctor.

Fluids ; fiber: Fluids and fiber work wonders. It would be safe to try an over-the-counter laxative like miralax (polyethylene glycol). If you don't have results - or if new symptoms develop, please be evaluated!
