Not possible: What you propose is not physiologically possible. You cannot "cleanse" your already sterile urinary tract. High sugar intake, while not particularly good for you, does little to your urinary tract.

What?: There is no such thing as cleaning the urinary system. It is being flushed continually with the waste products of metabolism. Unless blood sugars are very high there is very little sugar in your urine. If blood sugars are high some of the excess will spill into the urine. Water will dilute urine but the effect is gone once the water is gone. You are no more or less clean.
