Mri showed some subtle scattered areas of white matter in the absence of any clinical symptomology to suggest ms. is that suspected ms? from rad. rpt

Maybe not: There are a number of reasons for scattered white matter disease. May be small vessel disease, arteries become smaller and smaller and the smallest arteries in the brain calcify first as you age. If you are concerned, ask to see a neurologist.

Not necessarily: There are different reasons and pathologies to explain white matter lesions. The site of the lesions, the extent of them and the presence and absence of other factors such as hypertension are relevant see your neurologist.

Not likely to be: Your MRI likely shows nonspecific white matter lesions, which may be present in migraine, smoking, high blood pressure, prior head injuries. Specific patterns might be consistent with MS, but doesn't sound like that case, based upon your description.
