Are you sleepy?: You will possibly be sleepy when you don't want to be, if the temazepam is working. That and/or the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) may not seem to be as effective as usual. Hoping you've got your medications in labeled bottles so you can tell the difference.
