I had ultrasonography on november 2 2013. and it says no calculi present in kidney.but now i have lower back pain and abdominal pain and stomach cramp?

See below: All these symptoms can be related to your kidney problems. Please follow up with your medical treating physician who's working you up with these diagnostic tests and if you don't get better go to a local clinic or emergency room if your symptoms get worse or you're not improving. Unfortunately this is not my specialty as i'm an orthopedic surgeon good luck thank you.
