See my comment: About 15% of men have extra veins in lt. Scrotum (varicocele)you only need remedy which entails surgery if it is large ; painful. It is also surgically excised if the sperm show poor quality, and may prevent pregnancy .See a urologist who is versed in infertility if in doubt.
