Go to your doctor: If you are having respiratory infection and wheezing, both have to be treated appropriately. Pneumonia is a diagnosis by xr, with a clinical presumptive diagnosis. You have to be diagnosed fully and treated fully, so go back to your doctor as you probably need more treatment than you currently have.
