Diuresis: The scrotal swelling you are talking about is scrotal edema and not fluid in the sac, it is in the soft tissues and so-called interstitial spaces. I can't see what you have i can only surmise. Be honest with your doctor and ask questions, it is best to get good explanations.

Discuss with your MD: Lasix (furosemide) is used for swelling in other parts of body due to body retaining water due to some reason.It may be more than scrotum swelling i will suggest you make an appointment ith your treating doctor and find exactly what is the cause of swelling and why you are getting Lasix (furosemide) for scrotal swelling and why can not it be tapped if it is localized swelling of scrotum.
