Folliculitis: Folliculitis is infection of hair base with bacteria or fungus. If it is mild then use antibacterial soap, clean with burrows solution and topical antibiotic. If severe then use systemic antibiotics. Hygiene is important. No use of public place pool, sauna. Use of own grooming stuff and antibacterial soap.No oil. If chronic, recurrent, severe then laser may help. Also see the dermatologist. Thanks.
