Yes: There are focal seizures or even with abnormal little movements that are taken for granted, and the petit mal or absence wherein the person is not even aware or the seizures causing unconsciousness without the grand mal or muscle twitching. If in doubt, it is always best to discuss with your doctor for clarification and work up if needed.
