Seriously?: If you are self abusing rather than self- pleasing, and your vice of choice is physically abusive sex play, where do you think the sores come from? Sounds like you've self-diagnosed the problem. Yes, they could be an std, but i'd put money on improved symptoms (and pleasure) with a couple of dollars spent on a good, water-based lubricant. If the abuse stops, but symptoms continue, see your doc.
